So I finally have brought a wacom tablet, so excited.  Ive been playing with it for the latter part of the weekend.  However I am having some issues with it:

I've been browsing DA for tutorials but none seem to have the issues I keep finding. For example when I draw on the tablet my lines come out crooked and shaky.  I understand that there should be no difference between drawing on pencil and paper and this but this does not seem to be the case with me.  

Also when I do start painting my works come out like an airbrushed mess with minimal detailing, how do you preserve detail?

Do any of your happen to know what videos or sites that are helpful to first time digital painters like myself?

Want add some artwork real soon, but I want to come back with a bang, just need the information to get there.
